A: Yes. All of our agarwood chips, powder, and oil are plantation-grown and fully CITES-compliant. Each shipment is accompanied by official permits, origin certificates, and fumigation documents, ensuring smooth customs clearance in Saudi Arabia, UAE, and other GCC countries
A: We pioneered Kyara grafting technology in 2013 under the guidance of South China Agricultural University. This innovation shortens the natural resin cycle from decades to just a few years, producing rich, long-lasting fragrance that matches Middle Eastern preferences for dense smoke and deep aroma.
A: Yes. We cultivate over 110,000 agarwood trees across 5 plantations and operate 200+ nurseries producing 10 million Kyara saplings annually. Our current monthly capacity includes 10kg of oud oil and bulk oud chips and powder, making us a reliable partner for large distributors and manufacturers.
